Policies & Procedures

Any individual who is above 18 years of age & residing in India is eligible to become a Distributor of the company.

The distributor can have only one membership by his / her PAN card and Aadhaar. If a distributor didn’t have PAN card during his / her signup, he / she must update their PAN card details within 30 days of their signup. Else their membership will get deactivate.

The Distributor will use his/ her active and best efforts at all time to promote & sell Esteemed Majestic Life’s products and promote the Esteemed Majestic Life’s business opportunity in a truthful & honest manner.

The financial gain & success of a distributor will depend upon the business volume and incentive value of Esteemed Majestic Life’s products. The distributor is not guaranteed any specific amount of earnings by Esteemed Majestic Life.

The Distributor will have no rights or authority to incur any debts, liabilities, obligations or enter into any contract with other liabilities, obligations or into any contract with on behalf of Esteemed Majestic Life.

The Distributor cannot use Esteemed Majestic Life’s Trademark, symbols, literature, pre-approved materials & symbols for purpose other than promoting the business of Esteemed Majestic Life.

The other MLM’s should not be promoted inside presentations / office premises by the distributors. If so, the company has the rights to terminate his / her contract immediately.

The distributor should read & understand the policies & procedures, code of ethics & the business opportunity. The application / agreement form is considered as an authentic & binding legal document & together with the above, from the entire contract between the applicant & Esteemed Majestic Life.

The application agrees to adhere to and abide by the above when he / she is accepted as a distributor.

Amount paid towards purchase of the products among the various products / services offered shall not be refunded under any circumstances; instead they shall replace the products only if the products are damaged / incorrectly delivered.

Upon death of the distributor, the rights & responsibilities of distributors are passed on the rightful nominee as per law.

This agreement will be terminated by Esteemed Majestic Life with immediate effect at any time

For any violation of policies, procedure & conditions of this agreement by the Distributors;

If the Distributors becomes insolvent.

If the Distributors makes any false statement in this application.

For any reason after giving written notice of not less than 30 days.

A distributor’s spouse can be sponsored only by a spouse; however both wife & husband together can also form a joint distributorship.

The Distributor shall be eligible for overrides, bonuses & advancements only on the fulfillment of personal & group sales requirements as specified in Esteemed Majestic Life. Revenue sharing plan which is in force from time to time.

The company reserves the right to make amendments, modify or alter their terms & conditions of Distribution ship as its own direction & the distributors will abide by such discretion.

Delivery of product will reach the customer within 7 to 10 working days from the date of booking.

Access to and use of www.majesticlife.in website (hereinafter the Esteemed Majestic Life Website) and the information, materials, products and services available through the Esteemed Majestic Life Website are subject to these terms of use (the Website Terms of Use).

In the event of termination thereof, the user must delete or destroy all stored, printed or copied materials, unless they must be retained to comply with legal requirements.
